高职院校培养的是面向生产一线的高技能人才和技术应用型人才,学生学习主动性的培养对今后从事工作具有现实意义,本文从几个方面阐述采用激励教育法对提高学生学习主动性的重要意义。

Higher vocational school students are raised to aquire high skill and technology to be applicational talents in their work.It is of great importance to train students'ability in their autonomous study for their later work.This article stated the importance of applying motivation to increase students'autonomy from a few factors.
