摘要
教师的幸福关系着国家和社会的幸福,而教师的幸福需要科学、合理、人性化的政策予以保障。本文从伦理学的角度出发,认为教师教育政策应以追求公平、人道、理性为价值取向,以期对我国教师教育政策的决策主体提供一个伦理学的思维向度。
The happinness of teachers which is related to that of our country and society needs ensuring by scientific,rational and humanized policies.At the angle of ethics,this essary proposes that the policies of teachers' education should pursue fair,humanity and rationlity as value orientation and expects that it will provide a thinking dimensions of ethics for the policy-makers.
