从新公共管理的视角看我国高等教育公共性趋向

A Study of the Trend of Public Higher Education from the New Model of Public Management

本文以新公共行政学所倡导的从效率中心向追求社会公平转型这一理论为基点,从高等教育作为一种特殊的公共产品这一视角,分析了当前及今后一段时期我国高等教育的公共性走向这一问题,从理论及现实的角度阐述了这一转型的必然性和可行性。

This article analyses the trend of our national public higher education nowadays (and a period of time later) according to the theory of new public administration.It proposes the transformation from the core of efficiency to the pursuing of social justice.The higher education is regard as a special public product here,and this article also explained the inevitability and feasibility of the transformation in terms of matter and theory.
