摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,全球性学校教育改革呈现出扩大父母自由选择权、倡导教育消费等新理念。父母与学校的关系开始变得商业化、功利化并在走向恶化。父母教育权利的实现应该理性回归到参与权的层面上来,亟需建立新型的家校合作关系。近年来美英等国日渐重视家长参与学校的权利与功能,这给我们提供了一定的借鉴经验。
Since 1980s,the worldwide education reforming has been displaying some new features such as enlarging parents' choice right,promoting the idea of education consuming,etc.Therefore,the relationship between school and parents has becoming commercializing,utilitarianism and getting worse.The parents' educational fights should rationally return to the standpoint highlighting the educational involvement rights.We should construct new type of home-school relationship.Recently, the USA,the UK and some other countries are paying more attention to the rights and functions of parapets' school involvement from which we can draw some lessons.
