摘要 农村中小学教师队伍的建设关系农村中小学的教育教学质量。长远来看,关系农村和谐社会的建设,农村社会主义现代化的长远大计。由于目前中国城市农村二元社会结构,城乡差别依然严重存在。导致农村中小学师资队伍出现"学历不足"的突出问题,这种矛盾还以"学历过剩"虚假现象表现出来。如何有效解决这个矛盾,文章对此作了比较透彻的分析,并提出了解决问题的的基本思路。 In rural primary and secondary school,the construction of the teaching staff relates to the teaching quality.In the long run,the construction of teaching staff in rural primary and secondary school also relates to the construction of harmonious society and the long-term plan of the rural socialism modernization.Because of urban and rural dual social structure in China,the differences between city and countryside still exist seriously,which leads to the outstanding problem of'educational background shortage'in rural primary and secondary school,and the contradiction also comes out with the ostensible phenomenon of'educational background excess'.This article profoundly analyzes how to solve the contradiction effectively,and puts forward the fundamental ways to solve it.
