摘要
90年代以后日本的新自由主义"自由择校"运动呼声不断。本文分析了"自由择校"形成的社会政治、经济和文化背及其发展现状,进一步探讨义务教育阶段"自由择校"制度的利弊,以期对我国教育改革的启示。
