校园暴力是指在学校开展正常管理、教育期间,在校园内部及其周边地区,在师生之间、学生之间、以及非学校人员与学校师生之间所产生的暴力行为。校园暴力表现形式多样,形成原因复杂,学校应建立校园暴力的三级预防与应对体系:针对全体学生开设预防校园暴力生活技能课程的初级预防系统;对有暴力倾向的学生进行针对性早期干预和重点强化服务的二级预防系统;校园暴力发生后紧急应对危机的三级应对系统。学校通过建立细致的、可操作的校园暴力三级预防与应对系统,可有效地预防与应对校园暴力,保障师生的安全。

school violence which is a kind of social violence has become a cancer in the organism of every school.The existence and occurrence of school violence are disadvantageous to the sound growth of teenagers,and are not conductive to building a harmonious school situation.The paper suggested three scale school violence prevention system should be built in campus.They are Violence Prevention Curriculum,early stage treating in accordance with students with violence tendency and handling emergency after school violence occurring.
