摘要
教学案例是教师实践知识的凝结,教师进行案例研究的过程体现了对个人隐性实践知识的选择与提取、反思与分析、交流与分享、整理与提升、内化与运用等五个阶段,这个过程也就是教师个人知识管理的过程。通过案例研究实现教师个人知识管理,必须精选教学案例作为研究素材,对其进行自觉的实践反思,同时加强与其他教师的分享与交流,将教、学、研有机结合,以最终达到知识创新的目的。
Teaching cases is the congregation of teacher's practical knowledge.The process of case study embody following five phases,including choose and distill\reflection and analyze\communication and share\arrangement and upgrade\absorb and exertion to latent practical knowledge.This process is just the process of knowledge management of teachers'.The following are necessary for teacher to achieve knowledge management through case study,including pick excellent case as research fodder, and reflect it actively,at the same time,strengthen the communications with other teachers,combine teaching and research,and reach the aim of knowledge innovation.
