进城务工人员子女教育问题的提出,是由我国流动人口的现状决定的,他们是我国任何一座城市都无法回避的一个特殊群体。全纳教育的民主、平等和"零拒绝"原则使我们再次意识到进城务工人员子女教育所面临的迫切性、复杂性和严峻性。进城务工人员要想获得相当的公民权利和民主权利,真正迈入全纳社会,我们还有很长的路要走。

The problem on the education situation of urban-rural labors'children is decided by the status quo of the floating population in our country.The floating population is a special group that are inevitable in all cities.Inclusive education advocates the principle of democracy、equality and zero rejection.At the same time we come to realize the urgency、complexity and seriousness of the education situation of urban-rural labors'children again.If urban-rural labors want obtain proper civil rights and democratic rights and accomplish the inclusive society,they still face a long way to march.
