信息化环境下高校教师信息素养现状及培养策略

Present Situation and Training Strategy of College Teachers' Information Literacy in Information Environment

高校教师信息素养的提高,对于教师提高教学能力和教学效果有着十分重要的作用。文章从高校教师信息素养培养的必要性入手,通过对信息化环境下高校教师在信息意识、信息能力、信息道德等方面的调查,对客观数据进行了分析,找出了高校教师信息素养存在的问题。并在此基础上,提出了高校教师信息素养培养的策略。

The enhancement of college teachers' information literacy plays an important role in the improvement of teaching abilities and teaching effects.Start with the necessity of cultivating the information literacy of college teachers,and through the analysis of investigation data in information consciousness,information ability,information morality and etc,this paper points out the problems in current situation.Afterwards,the corresponding training strategies are put forward.
