The Justice of Educational Process

教育公平是分层次的。宏观层面的教育公平是制度公平,关注群体利益,实现的是资源配置公平,是物的意义上的公平。微观层面的教育公平是交往实践上的公平,是教育过程的公平,关注个人的发展,是人的层面上的公平。宏观层面的公平为微观层面公平的实现提供保障,但只有转化到微观层面,实现了教育过程公平才能体现教育公平的人的发展的本质内涵。义务教育普及基本实现了教育机会平等,教育均衡发展从外延式向内涵式发展的新趋势,教师公平意识薄弱导致不公平行为发生,使得教育过程公平凸显出来。教育过程公平的本质就是面对学生差异,让学生得到差异发展。在班级授课的框架内加入个别化这个变量,构建个别化教学与班级授课互补,寻求既不失集体影响,又有个人独立自学的教学组织形式,是实现教育过程公平的必然选择。

The educational justice of macroscopic stratification,concerning community benefit, is justice of system,which realized is the justice of resources's deployment.IT is justice of substance. The microscopic stratification plane's educational justice is justice of contacting practices,which is the justice of educational process.It pays attention to individual development which is person's stratification's justice.The macroscopic justice provides the safeguard for the realintion of microscopic justice.Only when it transforms to the microscopic level,it can manifest educational justice essential connotation which is personal development.The popularization of compulsory education basically realizes the educational opportunity equality,the education balanced development is transforming from the extension type to the connotation type,teacher's wrong view on educational justice causes the unfair behavior can not to be solved,which caused the educational process's justice to highlight fairly.The justice of educational procession's essence is facing the student difference,lets the student obtain different development.Putting individualizing variable into grade teaching frame,mading individualizing teaching and grade teaching complementary,seeking teaching configuration of organization which have collective influence and have independently studying ,is inevitably choice to realizing educational process justice
