The Connotation of Harmonious Management of University and Its Way Choice

高校和谐管理是提高高校管理效能的有效途径,也是促进高校可持续发展的重要保障。民主思想是高校和谐管理的核心思想,育人为本是高校和谐管理的根本旨归,追求和谐是高校和谐管理的不变主题,可持续发展是高校和谐管理的重要特征。文章分析了当前高校管理的不和谐倾向,提出高校和谐管理路径选择要从物本管理向人本管理转变,从秩序性管理向文化管理转变,从单一科层制管理向多方协同管理转变,从粗放式管理向精致化管理转变。

The harmonious management of university is not only an effective way which improves the efficiency of management,but also an important guarantee which promotes the sustainable development of university.Democracy is the core idea of the harmonious management of university; people-oriented is the essence;pursing of harmony is the unchangeable theme;sustainable development is the primary character.This paper firstly analyses the un-harmonious inclination of university management nowadays,and then proposes that the way choice of harmonious management of university should have four changes which are from thing-oriented to people-oriented,from order to culture,from single hierarchy to versatile regulation as well as from extensive to sophisticated.
