摘要
教育督导工作依据教育督导制度而展开,是一项极其复杂的工作,突出地要求相关人员提高教育督导的实效性。教育督导制度的建设与创新是提高督导工作实效性的基础性工作和重要保障。广东省围绕着教育督导工作的实质,开始了教育督导制度建设与创新的探索与实践,逐步形成了与广东教育改革和发展相适应的、具有广东特色的教育督导制度。
The educational inspection,an extremely complex task,is based on the educational inspection system to be started,urgently requiring the staff to increase the effectiveness of the educational inspecting.The construction and innovation of the educational inspection system is the basic work and an important guarantee of improving the effectiveness of educational inspecting. Guangdong province has begun the research and practice of the construction and innovation of the educational inspection system,gradually coming up with the educational inspection system which fit in with the reform and development of the Guangdong education,has the characteristics of Guangdong.
