摘要 教师幸福关涉教育本真意义的实现,"圣化"的教师形象、外在强势的幸福标准和病态的幸福观导致教师幸福的失落。凸显了当下教师从业的困境。教师幸福既是个人需要与社会需要的统一,又是个人价值和社会价值的有机结合。追寻教师幸福,张扬教师职业价值和生命价值,需要社会和教师双方共同努力。 Teachers' happiness concerns with the virtual ideal realization of education.Teachers' happiness loss illustrate the teachers profession dilemma,which mainly lies in the following aspects:of sage image makes loss of teachers real happiness,the outside forceful happiness standard makes teachers happiness' experience lose,teachers actively attitude of pursuing happiness decreasing in the abnormal occupation taking.We have an idea is that teachers happiness comes from society and teacher individual.Pursuing teachers happiness and enlarging teachers professional value,is the work of teachers themselves and society.
