摘要
见习教师在见习期的学习、工作和研究,对他们的教师职业生涯具有导向和定位作用。促进见习教师成长的校本培训行动研究就是要抓住这一关键期,帮助他们树立生本教育的教育观,学生观和教学观,掌握职业技术教育的教学技能和方法。为此,我们构建了课题研究、师徒帮带、教学反思、教学评价等校本培训模式和方法。
During the probation period,cadet teacher's study,work and research plays a guiding and position-setting role for their further teaching career.This action research on school training of enhancing cadet teacher's development tries to help them build up'student-oriented'educational view,learners' view and teaching views,and master teaching skills and methods of vocational-technical education during the very period.Therefore,we construct our school training model and methods as subject study,apprentice-ship system,reflection on teaching and evaluation on teaching and so on.
