中小学组织结构的耦合分析

摘要 如何解放思想,积聚智慧,继续深化中小学组织结构的改革与创新,逐渐成为一个较为突出的问题。文章探讨和比较了松散耦合和紧密耦舍这两种学校组织结构,从集成的视角提出将两种运作模式加以混合形成一种新的耦合系统。这种混合型结构既能抓住层级制所带来的集权和协调性的好处,根据各个层级对学校组织系统要求的不同,动态地对学校组织进行变革。同时又能尝试利用更加分权的组织结构的优点,较好地克服传统理性官僚组织机制在学校组织环境中的缺陷,对学校组织系统进行相应的改进和优化。 How to further intensify the reform and innovation of school organizational structure in Shanghai through mind emancipation and wisdom accumulation.In this paper,two types of school organizational structures,loose and tight coupling,have been discussed and compared.A new coupling system,which is a combination of the two operating models,has been addressed from the perspective of integration.The hybrid model of organization may not only capture the advantages of centralization and coordination produced by hierarchy.That is to say,the school organization may dynamically be reformed according to the different requirements of each hierarchy on the school organizational systems. At the same time,the hybrid model may attempt to harness the advantages of more decentralized organizational structures.Through coping with the deficiencies of traditional rational bureaucratic organizational mechanisms in the school organizational contexts,it may improve and optimize the school organizational systems.
