摘要
本文力图重新解读与审视高职教师角色意识内涵,强调应分辨角色认知与角色意识的差异性和角色意识与角色行为之整体融合性与不可分割性。同时,强调通过行动研究,打通角色意识与角色行为的边界与阻隔,把理论和观念层次的角色意识转化为高职教师具体的教学行为,完成自我的提升和整体复合的角色转换。
This paper try to renew the traditional common sense about the role consciousness connotation of technical college teachers,first,it should distinguish that the othemess between the role cognition and the role consciousness,second,it should emphasize on the indivisibility of the role consciousness and the role behavior,that will result in breaking through the research borderline,and lead the theoretic conception to concrete teaching behavior,that will conduce to vocational teacher multiple upgrade and teache's role conversion in the end.
