复合材料冲击试验机的研制及相关试验 被引量:5

摘要 简要概括了复合材料冲击试验的研究现状,详细介绍了某落锤式冲击试验机的研制及工作原理;以某层压板为例验证了该试验机性能,并对比分析了冲击前后层压板强度的变化。结果表明:该试验机数据收集满足试验要求;层压板受到低能冲击后内部出现大量分层损伤,其强度值降低最大达35%。 The current studying condition about impacting experiments to composites was summarized briefly and the designing & working principle of the impacting machine were introduced detailedly.The property of the impacting machine was validated by experiment of impacting to some composite laminates,and the strength attenuation was analysed.The results shew that the impacting machine satisfies the request of collecting of data,and the impacting of low energy could lead vast laminate damage in the of the compsite laminates and the strength mostly reduced 35%.
