法律的理性在理性的司法过程中得到最直接的体现,程序理性从人的主体性和目的性两方面体现着法律对人的权利的保护和人格尊严的尊重,法律解纷息讼功能的实现很大程度上依赖于理性程序的形式价值和尊严价值的实现以及实现的程度。

Rationality of law is embodied the most directly in judicature.The procedural rationality embodies protection upon the rights of person and respect of the personal dignity from the people's subjectivity and purpose.To large extent,the realization of these functions of settling dispute and calming down lawsuit depends on the realization of formal value and dignity value and the realization extent of rational procedure.
