摘要
运用羟基磷灰石的柱层析方法,对陆生蓝藻地木耳中的藻蓝蛋白进行了分离,用透析方法进行了纯化,利用紫外可见分光光度计测得藻蓝蛋白的提取率为0.35%.
The phycocyanin of terrestrial nostoc commune is separated by using column chromatography of hydroxyapatite and purifies with hemodialysis and finding that the content of phycocyanin is 0.35% in the use of ultraviolet spectrophotometer in this paper.
