小麦组织培养体系的建立与完善是应用植物基因工程改良小麦品质的重要基础和保证,综述了近年来小麦愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的研究情况。研究资料表明:小麦组织培养中,不同来源和不同生理状态的小麦外植体(幼胚、幼穗、花药、成熟胚、叶、根等),在愈伤组织诱导和获得再生植株的能力方面均显示了优点和不足。

The establishment and improvement of wheat tissue culture system is important foundation and assurance of improving the quality of wheat by using plant genetic engineering technology.It summaries the research situation of wheat callus induction and plant regeneration in recent years.The research data shows that different sources and physiology states of wheat explants including immature embryo,inflorescence,mature embryo,leaf,root and so on displays advantages and deficiencies of callus induction and plant regeneration in the tissue culture medium.
