摘要
在我国历史上,曾经有许多理想人格的设计,也形成过许多塑造理想人格的宝贵的人格教育思想。其中,孔子作为关注人格教育的伟大教育家,他的理想人格思想在众多的教育思想中独具内涵。孔子的理想人格以"智"为前提,以"仁"为核心,以"礼"为具体规范,以"勇"为保障,构成了一个完整的理想人格教育体系;并提出了以"立志"、"为学"、"践行"为途径和手段的具体培养过程;其理想人格的思想既有提高自我修养的个人意义,也有济世安民的社会意义。对他的理想人格教育思想和教育实践进行重新认识,将对国民道德素质的培养、以德治国方略的实施以及和谐社会的构建都具有重要意义。
In the history of China,there had appeared many designs of ideal personality and many valuable educational thoughts about ideal personality fostering,among which the one of Confucius,a great educator who emphasized on personality education,is uniquely outstanding.Confucius' ideal personality,presupposed with wisdom,centered with kindness,disciplined by politeness,and guaranteed by braveness,constitutes a complete education system of ideal personality.He put forward the concept of making resolution,learning and studying,and practicing as routes and devices of the fostering process in detail.His thoughts about ideal personality are significant to both personally improving self accomplishment and socially relieving the country and consoling the people.Reexamination of Confucius' ideas and practice of ideal personality education is of great importance to the development of ethic qualities of nationals,the implementation of the strategy of administering the country by moral integrity,and the construction of harmonious society.
