地方高校学报特色栏目设置的现状、问题分析及对策

当前日益激烈的学术竞争使特色栏目的设置成为地方高校学报谋求自我发展的有效手段。辑录全国50多家地方高校学报特色栏目设置的现状资料,分析得知:由于地方保护主义意识对学术独立性的干扰,及特色栏目设置"为特色而特色"的不自觉表现,使目前地方高校特色栏目的设置不尽如人意。针对问题,提出学术独立,学术为本;专家主持,打造品牌;以研保发,以发促研等对策促进地方高校学报的特色栏目建设。

The heated acedemic competition has made the establishment of 'Special Columns' an effective way to seek development among local university journals.Based on the analysis of over 50 local university journals 'Special Columns',this paper concludes that the present 'Special Columns' cannot be satifying due to local protection,and puts forward that to improve the construction of such special columns,academic study should be independent with academia as the core;columns should be hosted by specialists;and research work is the main gurantee.
