辽宁劳动生产率宏观影响因素的甄别及对策研究

Discrimination of the macro-affecting factors for labor productivity in Liaoning Province and research on some countermeasures

研究如何提高劳动生产率问题及其对于转变经济增长方式、提高经济效益具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。文章以辽宁省为例,通过构建计量经济模型,在综合考虑要素与非要素投入的前提下对劳动生产率的影响因素进行实证分析,找出显著性因素,测度它们的影响程度和方向,并据此提出相应的对策和建议。

It has important theoretical significance and the practical value to transform the economic growth way and increase economic efficiency for the research on how to improve the labor productivity.Taking Liaoning Province as an example,the paper makes some research on the labor productivity affecting factors using econometric models in the systematic analysis of element input and non-element input,discovers the significant factor,estimates the impact extent and direction.Some policy suggestions and corresponding countermeasures are also proposed at last.
