地区性理工科院校人才培养模式的整合研究

Research on the integration of talents training mode in regional science & engineering colleges and universities

基于当前地区社会经济发展对工程技术人才培养的要求,对地区性理工科院校的多样化人才培养模式的内部整合机制进行了研究,提出通过人才培养目标、人才培养方案、课程、教育资源四个方面的整合完善地区性理工科院校人才培养模式。

Based on the regional social and economic development's needs for engineering and technical personnel,this paper concentrates on a process of internal integration in the diversified talents-training mode in regional colleges & universities of science and engineering.The integration of their talents-training mode should be developed from the following four aspects: personnel training targets,training plan,curricula and education resources.
