资本市场的成熟是与产品创新紧密联系在一起的,不成熟的资本市场需要通过不断地进行产品创新来提高资本市场的成熟度,目前我国资本市场应择机推出股指期货来完善我国资本市场体系,健全资本市场功能。本文主要分析了推出股指期货的必要性、推出股指期货的条件基本成熟及股指期货的建立。

The capital market's mature relates closely to the product innovation,and an inmature capital market needs to enhance the capital market's maturity through innovating the products increasingly.Now,it is very important time to apply stock index futures to make the capital market perfect and strengthen it's efficacy.This article analyses the necessity of applying stock index futures,and proposes that the condition has matured and it is time to construct stock index futures.
