摘要
在高等教育渐趋大众化的今天,个性化的学生越来越多,如何针对学生的个性,进行个性化教育和管理,充分挖掘和培育创造性备受教育者的关注。本文从美国人本主义心理学理论入手,探析我国高校学生管理要重视学生的充分自我认知和环境认知、需求变化及满足、及其他非智力素质的培养,以便挖掘学生的创造力天赋。
With the fast extension of higher education,there are more and more college students with their own specific personality.Educators should put more and more emphasis on managing such students according to their personalities.This thesis conducts a research into the necessity of self-cognition and others cognition,desire-shifts and realization,the cultivation of creativity and other non-intellectual factors in the process of higher education with the assistance of the theory of Humanistic Psychology.
