基于“钻石模型”的福安电机电器产业集群竞争力分析

On the Competitiveness of Electric Machinery Industry Cluster in Fu'an Based on Michael Porter Diamond Model

本文以波特的"钻石模型"为基础,从影响竞争力的四个决定因素和两个辅助因素的角度分析了目前福安电机电器产业集群的竞争力状况,认为目前福安电机电器产业处于产业集群低层次状态,并且提出了促进福安电机电器产业集群升级与竞争力提升的对策建议。

Based on Michael Porter Diamond Model,this paper analyses the current competitiveness of electric machinery industry cluster in Fu'an from six aspects.Believing that its competitiveness still stays at low level,the author points out it's time to upgrade it.As a result,some suggestions are put forward to promote the upgrading and competitiveness of electric machinery industry cluster in Fu'an.
