论学校—社区的互动与高校干部经常性考察机制的建立

On the College-Community Interaction and the Establishment of the Regular Inspection System for College Administrative Members

建立干部经常性考察机制作为干部考察工作的一个重要创新,对建立完善党的十七大提出的干部考核评价体系具有十分重要的意义和作用。笔者试从建立高校干部经常性考察机制出发,着重探讨构建学校—社区在经常性考察中互动的可能性、原则及途径方式等,从而推进高校干部经常性考察机制的不断建立健全。

The establishment of the regular inspection system for college administrative members calls for enhancing the interaction between colleges and community.It is necessary to realize the unique advantages that the community where college administrative members and college teachers live has established a the college-community interaction system,and it is also very important to insist the principles of mutual benefits,flexibility,selectiveness as well as combination and to realize the mutually beneficial interaction,by establishing systems from five perspectives,between colleges,community and their regular inspection system.
