高职院校工学结合面临的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasure of School-Enterprise Combination in Vocational College

实施工学结合的人才培养模式是高职教育理念的重大变革,是高职教育发展的必由之路。本文在分析高职院校工学结合存在问题的基础上,提出了要更新教育观念,加快校内管理制度的改革与创新;要加强校企合作,加大产学融合的探索与实践的力度;要加强教学改革,加大人才培养的改革与创新力度;要加强实训指导师团队的建设,加大"双师"素质的培育力度;要加强实训管理,加大实训过程与结果的监控力度等具体对策。

The training pattern implementation of school-enterprise combination is both the major reform of higher education concept and the target of development in vocational education.Basing on analyzing the problems of the combination of school-enterprise,this paper proposes several methods to accelerate the reform and innovation of the management system in colleges and renovate educational concept,to put more effort in the research and practice of combination of work-study and enhance school-enterprise cooperation,to reinforce educational reform,to strengthen the development of training instructors with double-quality,to reinforce management of practical training and the countermeasure of the training process and monitor.
