试论依法治教

On rule education by law

依法治国是党在"十六大"上提出的重要治国方略,该战略在教育领域的体现就是依法治教。切实加以贯彻落实,必须要对其进行进一步的明确和界定。依法治教的提出也已多年,但实践中仍存在不少问题。笔者尝试从法治的视角对这一问题进行探讨。

By law cure country is an important strategy of running the country which was put forward on 'The Sixteenth National Party Congress' by our Party.This strategy in educating realm is to rule education by law.So implement it practically need further explicit and define.In the meantime define of ruling the country by law has put forward for several years,but it still exist not a few problems in practice.The writer tries to carry on a study to this problem from the view of rule of law.
