勤工俭学是全面贯彻党的教育方针,实施基础教育和全面推进素质教育过程中不可缺少的重要组成部分,为素质教育实施和发展起到不可替代的作用。
Work-study Program is one of the most important parts in carrying out the Party's policy for education,implementing the program of elementary education and promoting quality-education.It plays a non-fungible role in following the practice of quality education.
