水曲柳子代遗传品质的差异研究

Research on the Differences of Hereditary Quality among Families in Fraxinus Mandshurica

研究了15年生水曲柳自由授粉家系的子代测定林,用方差分析对树高和胸径进行了家系差异的显著性检验,估算了遗传力和遗传增益。结果表明,水曲柳优树子代之间的遗传品质有显著差异,优树树高的家系遗传力和单株遗传力分别为0.489、0.644,优树胸径的家系遗传力和单株遗传力分别为0.437、0.538。在育种工作中,可根据实际需要,采用不同的选择强度,利用不同的优良家系。

This paper deals with the investigation of open-pollination families of Fraxinus mandshurica.The analysis of variance about tree height and diameter was carried out and the remark ability among all the families was tested.The heritability and the genetic gain had been estimated.The result showed that the heritability quality among families was remarkable.The family heritability and the individual heritability about the plus trees'height were 0.489 and 0.644.The family heritability and the individual heritability about the good trees'diameter were 0.437 and 0.538.We can select different families according to the pragmatic need by different select intensity.
