摘要
本文论述了开放大学的开放理念,分析了基于开放理念的课程建设和证书制度的建立和实施,揭示了课程和证书制度让学习者的个性需求得到了充分满足的实质,并联系我们的开放教育现状进行了反思。
The open ideas of the open university are extracted first, the framework of the certificates and courses developing are analyzed seriously, and the satisfaction of diverse needs for the learners are revealed by the practical examples, the impact to us is described.
