在行动研究中实现反思型教师的成长

摘要 反思型教师的核心特征是反思性,在教育行动研究中,教师实现了与自我的对话、与学生的对话、与群体的对话和与理论的对话,实现良好的反思性.要成为真正的反思型教师还必须将反思性实践于所有教育行为中.
