Reflection on the exploring orbit of Mao Zedong's legality thought

建国初期,毛泽东对我国法制建设进行了有益的探索,从而为我国的民主法制建设和国家的长治久安奠定了可靠的基础。但是由于认识上的误区和手段上的失误,从1957年下半年起,我国法制建设开始滑坡,留给后人许多可供借鉴和思考的问题。

During the initial period of founding of our people's republic,Mao Zedong made a constructive exploration on our country's legal system building,which settled a good foundation in our country's legality construction and public security maintaining on a long-term basis. But since the second half of the year 1957,there had been a decline in the legality construction due to an incorrect understanding of the situation and mistaken measures taken,which leaving us a lot to draw lessons from and to reflect on.
