On relation between quantity and quanlity in economy growing

通过对经济增长中数量与质量的辩证统一关系的分析,从经济增长由粗放向集约方式转变过程所涉及的资本市场等问题,以及浙江省经济发展的历程等方面,论证了经济增长的数量与质量必须协调发展,才能保证经济形势健康向上;同时,作者对质监系统在经济发展中的作用提出了建议.

Through analysis of the relation between quantity and quanlity with dialectical unification in economy growing, it proofs that quantity and quanlity must be developed in a coordinated fashion to ensure economy growing, which is concerned to the capital problem in the process of transfer to intensive from extensive way, as well as to the history of economic development of Zhejiang Province; at same time, the paper presented some suggestions on the role of quanlity and inspection system in economy development.
