摘要
为了减小节距法测量直线度和平面度时原始数据的不确定性误差,采用最小二乘法平差理论解决了直线度测量平差的理论问题,并对平面度测量平差的方案进行了对比分析.通过大量实验验证了平差方法的有效性.本研究结果对平直度测量标准的制定以及提高工程检测准确度有实际应用意义.
In order to reduce uncertainty of primitive data using pitch to measure straightness and flatness, this paper adopts the theory of least square adjustment to settle principle problems of measurement adjustment of straightness. In addition it compared and analyzed the project of the measurement adjustment of flatness. We testify the availability of adjustment through a large number of experiments. It is of practical significance to draw up the criterion of measuring the straightness and enhace the inspection accuracy in engineering.
