摘要 提高高职院校市场营销专业人才培养质量应当有新思路:应当突出市场营销专业人才的智能性、情商性、灵活性、创造性和成人性,应当强化实践教学,深化实践教学的改革,综合运用企业顶岗实习、课程实训、模拟实训、社会实践和第二课堂实践等多种实践教学形式,努力使高职院校培养的市场营销专业人才,既能满足企业营销岗位需要又具有可持续发展能力。 The author proposes a new thought on how to better foster talents in marketing major in higher vocational colleges,that is,to stress the fostering of the talents’ intelligence,EQ,flexibility,creativity and maturity,strengthen the practice teaching,deepen the reform on practice teaching as well as use multiple practice teaching patterns such as internship in enterprises,course practice,simulated practice,social practice and second classroom activity so that the talents of marketing major in higher vocational colleges can meet the enterprises’ needs and also have the ability of sustainable development.
