摘要 传统通过世代的文化传承深深地扎根于人们的头脑中,德国的职业教育不可避免地要受到以往历史阶段所形成的思辨传统、人才价值观念、崇尚手工艺和技艺、科学务实态度以及职业培训传统,尤其是民族优越感的影响,这些传统因素对德国职业教育的发展具有重要的促进作用。 With cultures passed down from generation to generation,traditions take root deeply in people's mind.In this case,German vocational education is unavoidably influenced by the traditions formed at past historical stages,such as the speculative tradition,talent value perception,advocation of handicrafts and skills,scientific and practical attitude and vocation training tradition,especially the sense of a national superiority.These traditions are important in promoting the development of German vocational education.
