科学发展观指导下的中国经济战略选择

China's Economic Strategy Choice under the Guidance of Scientific Development Concept

新中国成立近60年来,中国经济发生了历史性巨变;进入新世纪以来,中国经济改革开放与发展面临着新的机遇与挑战,科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的根本指导思想。进一步推进中国经济改革开放与发展,必须以科学发展观为指导,在科学总结的基础上,对现有的改革开放与发展战略作出新的选择,选择包括三个方面:经济发展战略选择、经济改革战略选择和经济开放战略选择。

The years after the foundation of new China have seen great changes in China’s economy.Now China has entered the new century,facing new opportunities and challenges in its economic reform and opening up as well as its development.Since the scientific development concept is the fundamental guiding idea for the economic and social development in China,we should further promote China’s economic reform and opening up as well as development under its guidance and make new choices of the strategies of the economic reform and opening up as well as development scientifically,which includes three aspects,that is,the strategy choice of economic development,the strategy choice of economic reform and the strategy choice of economic opening up.
