摘要
建立符合社会主义市场经济要求的国有资产和国有企业的经营管理制度,必须重新界定国家职能,改革我国的经济和政治体制。
The author expresses his idea in this article that we should redefine the state functions and reform our economic and political systems so that we can establish an operations management system for the state-owned assets and the state-owned enterprises which can meet the demand of China’s socialistic market economy.
