Due to the lack of enough information or a perfect planning,experts often give fuzzy judgments on the relative importance of the plans.To solve the problem people propose the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP).The author introduces FAHP theory,and then lists some examples to show how to apply FAHP to the decision-making for the improvement of the traffic environment.
