区域物流基础设施资源整合的作用与对策——以长江三角洲地区为例

The Function of Resource Integration of Regional Logistics Infrastructure and Countermeasures——Taking Changjiang Delta as An Example

对区域内及区域间的物流基础设施进行整合不仅是区域社会经济持续稳定发展的必然要求,而且也有利于区域内产业布局的优化调整以及区域整体竞争能力的提升。具体到目前的长江三角洲地区而言,其物流基础设施资源整合及协调发展的重点应是在淡化行政利益和重视资源可持续利用的基础上,切实选择和建设好重点经济带以及合理布局区域经济活动,最终力争使区域的经济发展、资源环境利用与物流基础设施在空间上实现真正的协调与组合。

Carrying out the integration of the logistics infrastructure within a region and between different regions is not only necessary for a sustainable and stable development of the economy in a regional society,but also helps the optimization and adjustment of the industrial layout in this region as well as the promotion of the regional integrated competitiveness.Specific to Changjiang Delta,the key for the resource integration of the logistics infrastructure and the coordinated development of the whole area is to choose and construct key economic belts feasibly as well as arrange the regional economic activities reasonably based on the non-involvement of government interests and focus on the sustainable utilization of resources.Only by doing this can we realize the actual coordination of the regional economic development,the utilization of regional resources and the logistics infrastructure.
