Legal and Economic Analysis of the Credit Investigation on Enterprises——From the Perspective of Punishment Mechanism against Enterprises’ Dishonesty

企业失信惩罚机制是企业信用制度建立和实施的保障,然而在我国,企业普遍的失信已使人们见怪不怪。在对企业征信的法律经济学分析后,探讨了如何从制度上防止企业失信行为,建立企业失信行为的惩罚机制。

The punishment mechanism against enterprise dishonesty is the guarantee for the establishment and implementation of enterprises’ credit system.However,in our country,enterprises’ dishonesty is so common a phenomenon that people will not be shocked at the sight of it.The author analyzes the credit investigation on enterprises from the legal and economic angles and then explores how to prevent dishonesty from perfecting the system and establish the punishment mechanism against dishonesty.
