摘要
区域发展差距的日趋扩大,引起了中央的高度重视,国家先后提出和实施了一系列统筹区域发展、促进区域协调的战略,以期缩小区域发展差距。分析我国区域协调互动发展的客观现实基础,针对所存在的问题,就可以进行如何推动区域协调互动发展的思考,主要是:健全机制,完善政策体系,制定和完善发展规划,设立发展机构,建立利益分享与补偿机制和搭建协调互动平台等。
Regional development gaps are getting increasingly wider,which attracts the Central Government’s attention.Therefore,a series of strategies have been implemented for the overall planning of regional development and the promotion of regional coordination in the hope to reduce the gaps.By analyzing the realistic foundation for China’s regional coordinated development,the author expresses his viewpoints on how to promote the coordinated development among different regions to solve the problems in the development,including perfecting the mechanism,optimizing the policy system,formulating and optimizing the development plan,establishing the organization for development,building up the benefit sharing and compensation mechanism,setting up the coordinated platform,etc.
