世界高等教育发展趋势下的中国高职教育发展

The Development of China's Higher Vocational and Technical Education under the Developmental Tendence of the World's Higher Education

高职教育发展是高等教育发展中的发展,游离于高等教育发展之外的高职教育发展不是真正的发展。上个世纪90年代以来,世界高等教育结构体系的变革,促使普通高等教育与高职教育"趋同性"发展;世界高等教育中的"学术性"与"职业性"的矛盾运动,引发了高职教育体系变革,高职教育的"科技大学"现象适应了基础教育的学制延伸和高等教育大众化中自身结构由专科到本科甚至研究生教育的体系完善。我国高职教育在经历了规模过度扩展之后,面临众多发展的困难和问题,应当紧紧把握世界高职教育发展趋势,处理好"学术性"和"职业性"、"普通课程与专业课程"、"关键能力与专业技能"、"就业与升学"、"职业与生涯"等一系列问题,寻求更好更快的科学发展。

The development of higher vocational and technical education is a part of the development of higher education.Since 1990s,the structure change of higher education in the world has promoted the 'homoplasy' development between higher education and higher vocational and technical education;the paradoxical movement about 'technicality' and 'profession' in the world's higher education has caused the system transformatiom of higher vocational and technical education.After coming through overexpanding on the scale,our country's higher vocational and technical education faces many difficulties and problems,we should hold the developmental tendence of the world's higher vocational and technical education,seek better and faster scientific development.
