构建和谐班级是和谐校园建设的基础。一个班集体要在培养学生集体主义精神的基础上,围绕和谐班级人际关系氛围的建立,重点抓好良好班风培育,积极加强班级管理,以推进和谐班级构建,为和谐校园建设营造良好的"小环境"。

Constructing a hamonious class is the base of the construction of a harmonious campus.On the base of bringing up the students’ collectivism spirit,a class should emphasize education in the excellent class atmosphere and activily strengthen the class administration to advance the construction of a hamonious class and create a favorable 'small environment' for building a harmonious campus around the interpersonal relationship in a hamonious class.
