朗读和朗诵都是把书面语言变成发音规范的有声语言的、创造性的单项口语表述活动。它们在本质上是两种不同的口语形式,无论是表述目的、选材范围、场地要求、声音形式,还是情感的表达、态势的运用都各具特色。

Reading aloud and reciting are single spoken language expressing activities that creatively turn written language into normal pronounced vocal language.They are different kinds of spoken language forms in essence which have respective characteristics not only in expressing purpose,material selecting range,space demand and voice form but also in emotion expressing and posture application.
