摘要
阐述了对第三批航运公司安全管理体系审核时常见的主要问题,通过分析,从海事管理的角度提出针对性建议及改进措施,以促进航运公司体系正常有效运行,达到安全及防污染目标。
This paper expatiated on the main problems founded in auditing safety management system(SMS) of shipping enterprises in the 3rd batch,and provides pertinence advices and improvement measures by analyzing them,in order to enhance the formal running of the SMS,and reaching the goal of safety and environment protection.
